Arbitration
Our attorneys represent clients in arbitration, and in some cases, serve as arbitrators. In arbitration, each party presents his or her evidence to one or more private judges who make a decision that is legally binding on both sides. Arbitration is typically held in an office setting rather than in a courtroom and can offer more flexibility and reduced legal expenses.
