Alan Reyner is of counsel to the firm. He received his B.A. degree from The Citadel in 1972 and his law degree from the University of South Carolina in 1976. He received an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1977.

Mr. Reyner is a certified taxation specialist and practices in the areas of tax law and estate planning. He served on the Taxation Law Specialization Advisory Board from 1995 to 1998 and chaired that Board in 1998. He is a member of the Richland County and South Carolina Bar Associations.
